Issue Problem with new User

Hi community,

we use the free jira version. I´d like to change users. I´ve deleted the former user x and added the new user y. In total we ar 10 users (max. allowed in the free version).
Neither I can choose select the new user y für new issues nor can I make a bulk oder mass transfer from all issues from x to y.
Has anybody an idea how to oslve this problem?
