Project Icon Missing from Help Center

Project Icon Missing from Help Center

I have two JSM projects. Both have the same icon selected - it's our company's logo.

Both projects show up on our Help Center home page, as tiles.

The icon only shows on the first portal's tile, not the second. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi @Michal Ovadia , can you please verify that there is a logo set under project settings > portal settings? Keep in mind that the portal logo is separate from the project logo which is set under project settings > details.

Eureka! It was missing - I hadn't been aware that the portal logo is configured separately from the project logo.
