I am currently running a 123form.com form that contains a project request brief that once the user hits send, created a new Card on my Trello Board. The problem is that 123Form is a bit pricey, and cumbersome.
I would like to build a form that contains if then statements, that Trello can then accept and place into a card. It would also be great if it didn't just place all of the content into the Details section of the card. Currently in Trello, it doesn't notate when those items are changed by a user, and we would like to see or be alerted when project details change. We currently have Custom Fields turned on, but we manually enter the dates and content. I have experimented with zapier and custom fields but the content gets truncated, which is not ideal.
My question is, does anyone have experience building forms in one of the PowerUps for Trello, that would populate into Trello in a way that creatives could review the project request clearly and it won't require the middleman inputting content into the card?
Any experience would be greatly appreciated!
