Hi, Jira users! During last month there are periodic problems with "user groups". You can see group in a list of groups, but you can't edit group or delete it ( message:"group not found") . At the same time another user can see the group and edit or delete it. Why does it happen and how to solve this bug?
Are you using internal user accounts, or an external directory?
I ask because this can happen when the external directory is having connection problems, or is incorrectly configured (usually when the user in Jira that connects to it has read-only access, but the directory settings in Jira tell it that they are read-write)
We use internal accounts, And it can be different states of the group during the day. You can edit the users of a group, and after a few hours the same group is not found

Ok, you'll need to read the logs for group related errors. See <jira home>/logs/atlassian-jira.log

Welcome to the community.
Did you investigate atlassian-jira.log file? Is it an internal group?
