After upgrading Jira Server from 8.1 to 8.20.1 it won't show the pop up message indicating the ticket number once created. I saw a similar question https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Pop-up-box-displaying-ticket-reference-is-no-longer-appearing/qaq-p/1444369 but no resolution. Doesn't one know if its a bug or a config change?
