we are migrating from Polarion to JIRA and we are unable to migrate the data automatically. Any suggestion / Solution is available

What are you "unable" to migrate? What are you doing at the moment to try to "migrate"?

I am sorry, but that's just saying you want to migrate again, although it does tell us that you want "all" the data, not parts of it.
