Please tell me about a method to let you display a circle graph of JIRA definitely in IE(v11)

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
The following becomes the circle graph which let you display it in a dashboard of JIRA(v7.3.6).
The data becoming a circle graph become the man-hour data which I added up in Tempo Timesheets.
The left figure is the image which let you display it in Chrome, and it is to the image that the right figure let you display it in IE(v11).
The indication in Chrome does not have any problem, but becomes the small graph which I use it, and is not a success when I let you display it in IE(v11).
In line with this, I want to have advice about a method to let you display a circle graph of JIRA definitely in IE(v11).
