Performance issue when upload a specific files (.xls .msg)

When we try to upload a specific attachment on our jira 5.2.11, we have a performance issue with an error message appear : Errors occurred while loading the request.

Extension generating this issue : .xls, .msg

the test is ok when uploading thoses files type : .png, .txt, .pdf, .jpeg
