Hello all,

We have a JIRA Service Desk standalone app and a legacy JIRA environment.

Ops use JSD and Dev use JIRA.

We have a need to pass tickets backwards and forwards between the two teams by keeping both environments where Ops use JSD and Dev use JIRA.

Can anyone advise of the cleanest / best / quickest way to achieve this if possible?

Thanks,

MC.

There are different solutions on the marketplace - check following query

We are the team behind Exalate (which is one of these solutions)

It fully covers your use case, and we are very willing to help in case you decide to evaluate our solution.
