Hi there,
So I am now facing an issue that every time I create a new ticket, will receive a notification email that showing ticket is created. Since I have switched on the created notification setting, some how the resolve and comment notification is not working at all within our services. I have tried to look through all those tutorial and setting instruction, but seems like the issue remains. Please help to assist on this. Coz i am going to adjust them email to my organization one, i would like to fix all that issue before we moving to the next step.
Many Thanks,
Nick

Yeah. Since i can receive only the created ticket and all the others are missing. I try so many ways to do it, if a technician can help me look through it, i can fix and handle it easily.
Cheers
