Hi I am using Free subscription and not able to open support case on below query,
For the account we are unable to receive email notification, which reported from last month and
for our account and we have a subset of our users who are unable to receive email notification. And our IT helpdesk says there is no issue with emails
Cloud you please let us know why suddenly the email notification stopped?

You need to check if the instance is reaching the limit of email notifications as informed here

Thanks for your message, as per the Jira can send a maximum of 100 emails per day on the Free plan.
But as we have verified there are 4 unprocessed message(s).
As we are not crossed daily email limit.
