Hi I am using Free subscription and not able to open support case on below query,

For the account we are unable to receive email notification, which reported from last month and 

for our account and we have a subset of our users who are unable to receive email notification. And our IT helpdesk says there is no issue with emails

Cloud you please let us know why suddenly the email notification stopped?

Hi @Audit App Support and welcome to the community,

You have to be more detailed in your question. There could be plenty of reasons as to why a user (or users) can't receive notifications. Some of them are:

  • As @Patricia Francezi said, you've reached your limit
  • There is a problem from Atlassian side
  • The users didn't check their spam folder
  • The users aren't eligible in receiving any notification, due to security level
  • The users are not on the notification scheme (on to any group/role for that matter)
  • The users have turned off to receive notifications from their personal setting
  • What are these users? Normal jira users or customers from a JSM project?\
  • If they are customers, are the customer notifications on?

So you have to provide more details in order to be able to help you..

You need to check if the instance is reaching the limit of email notifications as informed here

Hi Paticia,

Thanks for your message, as per the Jira can send a maximum of 100 emails per day on the Free plan.

But as we have verified there are 4 unprocessed message(s).

As we are not crossed daily email limit.
