Not able to see priority icon for non-admin user

Hi Team,

Our engineer team facing issue to view the priority icon on tickets. Icon url says "Access Denied". 

Looking forward for quick solution from your side.

I hope you are having a nice day.

Please, provide us the details below so we can further troubleshoot your issue:

- Are you using JIRA Server or Cloud? 

- Could you please provide us a screenshot of how the priority Icon is appearing for you?

- Have you added a custom icon to the priority or is the problem reproducing in the default icons provided by JIRA? If it is a custom priority, are you able to access the directory of the icon?

- Is the problem happening for Every priority Icon or just a single one? 

- Is the problem happening for every user or just a single one?

- If you change the priority Icon, did it still reproducing the problem?

We will be waiting for your answer to further investigate it for you. :)

- Are you using JIRA Server or Cloud?  

Ans: We are using JIRA server.

- Could you please provide us a screenshot of how the priority Icon is appearing for you?

Ans: Screenshots are given as above

- Have you added a custom icon to the priority or is the problem reproducing in the default icons provided by JIRA? If it is a custom priority, are you able to access the directory of the icon?

Ans: Yes, default icons are used and when try to hit the url used for icon, it throw user to access denied page

- Is the problem happening for Every priority Icon or just a single one? 

Ans: It's for every priority Icon

- Is the problem happening for every user or just a single one?

Ans: This issue is for all non-admin user's

- If you change the priority Icon, did it still reproducing the problem?

Ans: Didn't try it.
