Not able to "create"

Hi,

I am not able to use the create button on the top bar, neither the create button in order to create for example custom fields:

When clicking on the buttons, nothing happens at all. 

What could be the problem?

Hi Julia - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You might check to see if the user has permission to Create issues for the project. 

Also, since it is happening in both the admin and issue creation area, I would tend to think there is a web browser problem. Can you try with another browser or reboot your computer to see if that helps?

indeed it was a browser issue. It's working in a different Browser.
