Not able to login JIRA

I installed Jira server in my machine. While launching http://localhost:8080 url, it asks credentials.

I entered user name as prabhu.eee997@gmail.com and entered the password. It throws username and password are incorrect. 

So I tried to reset the password by "Can't access your account link" . But still i did not get any reset mail.

I am new user to JIRA. I am using JIRA version above 7.

From the above references, I am not able to identify the perfect one to solve this login issue.

The mail function needs to be configured after the Jira installation is complete before it can be used. Please refer to:https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONF54/Configuring+a+Server+for+Outgoing+Mail
