Not able to edit filter permissions, not able to see options

Hi Guys,

I own 100+ JQL filters,  i am able to click on "Details" >>  "Edit Permission" 

On Edit Current filter page, i am not able to see any options like group, projects etc.. Kindly suggest how to display those option. I am owner of this filter.

If it's affecting all of your filters the same way, and nobody else is experiencing similar issue.

Check it without any browser add-ons or in another browser, it seems that there was a similar case where some adblock was blocking the view:
