Not able to access Jira from our office network seems Jira blocking our ip range.

We used to log in to the JIRA Jira (voiamo.atlassian.net | smithco.atlassian.net  | raphatech.atlassian.net) but for the past few weeks we are not able to access JIRA or it is too much slow that it is getting time out.

Our IP range is as: 

From 115.249.157.130 to 115.249.157.158

And

115.113.196.2 and from115.113.197.1 to 115.113.197.30

Please take necessary steps and resolve the blocking issue.

Mmm.  Atlassian doesn't do ip-range based blocking on Cloud.  You'll need to fix your network...
