I'm also not receiving any email notification from jira, mentioned or task moving etc even my jira setting is ok as provided in first question.
even we are not receiving email notification on our company domain auxilium digital

Hi @Ahsan Noor I found your email address was in a suppression list we maintain.

I found that there was a bounced message to your inbox. This kind of bounce caused our system to suppress further mail to your address. If this happens again, I would reach out to us for updated review, but this is something that you might want to share with your mail admin to better help determine why that response was generated.
You should now be able to receive notifications again.

Have you worked with your Jira Administrators to confirm that Jira is configured properly for sending notifications for specified actions?
Is any user with the same email domain receiving emails?
If you have
- confirmed the Jira configuration for sending notifications,
- confirmed that users who are not receiving them should be receiving them,
- confirmed with those users that the emails are not being sent to their spam folder
Then if your company is paying for your Jira subscription, your Jira Admins can open a support case with Atlassian Support to investigate the issue:

I'm the representative and also i raised a support ticket yesterday but it was automatically closed.
HALP-16026, this is the ticket number i created.
we have same setting and facing issue which is discussed in this Question below. i think the solution will also be same.

I am not an Atlassian Team member so I have no visibility into they support ticket you opened and can't provide any information on why it might have been closed.
