No archive option in Jira Space

Hi,

For some reason, I don't have the option to Archive a Space within Jira. I have the option to delete the space, but not to archive it. Am I missing some permissions? I'm a global admin, and I made myself an admin of Space.

Hi Christian - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The ability to Archive a Space is a Premium subscription feature. I see that you have the Standard plan so that is probably why you cannot archive the Space.

Oh got it, so the only option is to delete the Space?

Is there any way to hide it? So that the end user don't see the Space?

Yes, you can delete it. Or just don't get anyone access to the Space in the Permission Scheme (Browse Project permission) then they should not see it.
