Hello all,
When a customer creates a ticket on the jira service management and I answer them. The customer gets a mail by every answer from me.
So when I answer multiple times in the same ticket, he gets multiple separatet mails. How can I change the settings that the customer gets the answers in the same mail?

Jira has no way to know that you are going to be answering several times as part of a single answer, so no, there's no way to do this. The best thing you can do is give the customer a single answer, not split it into multiple comments.
