Hi. I need to be added as the admin on our account but everything I've researched on this question board hasn't worked. I'm beginning to be really frustrated with this and need a solution. We are missing our on tools that will be helpful for our business because of this road block.
I'm not sure, how do I tell the difference? I have been thrown into this roll with no overlap from the previous admin.

If you go to your Cog Wheel, are you able to see...for example SYSTEM?

Are you using cloud or server?
Anyone else in your team who is an admin?
Only a system admin can add you as an admin in server. If cloud, reach out to Atlassian Support.
