New activity section - Approvals

Hi,

I recently saw that we have a new activity section named "Approvals".
Previously after the request was approved or rejected, we received this notification in the comments section but now it is no longer possible.

Is there any way for us to receive this notification again in the comments section without using automation?

@João Cunha This would need to be done via the workflow.  You should check the workflow and you can add a post function that adds a comment.
