Hi,
We are not a time crunch on projects and hired a new employee. We are unable to set him up as a jira user because he is not getting any invitation links or verification links.
I have a site admin access and my jira invites do not reach the new employee.
Can we please get this resolved asap?
Thank you,
Jay Patel
Welcome to the Atlassian Community @Jay Patel It is possible that your new employee's email is in the bounce list, in that case, Atlassian Team can help. Refer a similar case here. I would suggest you to raise a support ticket with Atlassian for faster resolution.
Hi @Jay Patel
Welcome to community! This is more the community forum then the Atlassian Helpdesk. But we can offer some guidance and hopefully this is resolved without you needing a ticket!
Has the user checked their Spam folder, your email service may have put it there.
Also do you use sign in with Google or SSO with your Atlassian Products? If so you can try having the user go directly to start.atlassian.com and signing in and an account may just auto generate/link to the account you invited them to.
Each organization has unique settings for how they control account setup so without knowing how your organization has everything configured it's hard to help beyond some basic best practices and things to check.
Best,
Clark

Hello Clark,
We are a small company and not getting some new person to pace with where we are at really hurts the economics of it. Sorry to contaminate the community page but just looking for answers here desperately.
We tried using start.atlassian.com and it again takes us to the verification page and still we cannot get in because we are not receiving any verification emails for jira. I tried sending invites and no luck there. We used microsoft sign in and could not get it.
Is there a possibility that the email is bounced? I already have support ticket for jira.
I appreciate the help and support.
Thank you,
Jay Patel
