Hi Team,
I am trying to map one auto calculated field "Ageing" in a two dimensional gadget need help with the same. Also, want to display SLA breached or not on dashboard with any gadget.
Goal:-
1. Need to show "Ageing days" for the tickets which are in the status "Pending" from a filter.
2. SLA met for the tickets present in a filter
Welcome to the community, @Gitikrishna Nayak.
I am Marlene, product manager of Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards.
Is the "ageing" field a number field? With our app it is possible to create Two Dimensional statistics on all number fields, including custom fields.
You can check out our app without installation on our demo dashboards.
Have you tried the Two Dimensional Statistics gadget and Filter Results gadget of Jira?
If they are not good enough, could you please describe or provide an example on how the data should be represented/displayed?

Hey @Danut M _StonikByte_ .
Thank you for your suggestion. However, I have already tried both the gadgets. In Two Dimensional Statistics gadget the "Ageing" field is not available to select for some reason. In Filter Results gadget I get a number of issues (like a line item for each issue separately) instead of count.
I am aiming to showcase the count of tickets in a particular status and their average ageing days. In another gadget, I want Count of tickets where SLA is met and count of tickets where SLA is not met. The two dimensional gadget representation is what I am looking for both the scenarios but unfortunately both these fields are not available under this gadget.

Here is a solution for you, base on some gadgets offered by our our Great Gadgets app.
WIP Aging Chart gadget
This gadget can calculate the age (by various methods at your choice, including time in current status) for the issue from a board or filter.
In this example, you have the issues in every status (To Do, Reopened, In progress) by their age. If you move the mouse over an issue, you will see details about that issue.
The gadgets can display the overall average and percentiles. You can also set a custom threshold (the red line), to easily identify the issues that take already too long (the ones in red-color).
Control Chart Gadget - can calculate the cycle time (time between two workflow statuses at your choice) and display the issues in a plot chart along with the average. By setting a threshold (your SLA target) you can see what issues met the SLA and what issues not met (the ones in red).
Histogram Gadget - can calculate the cycle time (time between two workflow statuses at your choice) and display its distribution, thus showing how many issues met the SLA and how many issues not met (the ones in red).
Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget - let's you display a two-dimensional filter statistic base on the "Ageing" field. It should display the field if it is numeric and will let you calculate all type of statistics, split by various fields like Status, Assignee, etc.
See more examples these gadgets (and the many others offered by the same app) in these articles:
You could start with 1-month of free trial. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at support@stonikbyte.com.
Hope this helps.
