My tasks are deleted from my “done” column, does anyone know how and if I can get these back please?

I can’t find anywhere that will let me retrieve my “done” tasks back from my board. Any help will be greatly appreciate.

Hi @Kim Merry, and welcome to the community!

Can it be that you're using a Kanban board? There's a Kanban board sub-filter that further filters the issues considered done and hence dropped from the board. The good thing is they are not gone but are not visible on the board anymore because they do not match the filter. In general, a board is just a different way of displaying issues returned by a filter in Jira.

You can always go to the project and find them there. You can adjust the settings in the board configuration:

Thank you for the reply, I’m not on the Kanban board. 

however I have just managed to find them.

under “filters” then “done isssues”

I was just thinking maybe I can make a new column and call it finished, that way they will stay on my board.
