My labels are not picked up by my queue

I want to create a queue that is including labels from non-service desks projects but related to IT. Is there a way to do it?

I have tried the Basic and JQL query and nothing worked.

What do I do?

Answer accepted

Queues belong to Service Desk projects, they can't pull from non-SD projects, because those projects don't have Service Desk data.
