Missing Active Sprint from Project. How to recover a missing active sprint?

We have an active sprint that went missing. Not showing in Sprint Report, because it was not yet closed. The Sprint was showing earlier this morning (EST). Return to the Active Sprint board, and it is gone. All issues attached to the Active Sprint were moved to the Backlog. How can we find the and re-establish the Active Sprint?

It doesn’t seem that the sprint is active if all issues are back in the backlog. If you look at one of the issues that was in the sprint what do you find in the Sprint field? If the sprint exists it should show in the Sprint Report for bot active and historic.

The Sprint was not showing as an available sprint in either of the issues that was part of the active sprint. Was only showing sprints from other projects.

I suspect it has been deleted.
