I am trying to migrate cloud to data center.
1. took backup for server on jira cloud.
2. installed datacenter on one of the ubuntu machine on azure.
3. I tried project import but I was getting an error no 'Key' for 10025
4. so then I tried to install data center on different machine, while setup after DB details, I tried importing existing data ( I copied the backup on data center server at /var/atlassian/application-data/jira/import then once the importing is done.
it's taking me to help center page but it shows my projects from cloud but I am unable to do anything with those projects.
5. what credentials I use to login (i didn't setup any credentials). sysadmin/sysadmin works but I can't create any users or projects etc...
this is the file I used to install Jira.
atlassian-servicedesk-5.11.3-x64.bin
Please help me here.

@kiran pamulaparthy As already mentioned by @Robert Wen_Cprime_, this is the help center of Jira Service Management. If you want to migrate Jira Software, you need to change your binary as described in the guide I provided above.

I tried with binary file: atlassian-jira-software-9.12.0-x64.bin but I still get the same error. Am I doing anything wrong here?

So, what type of projects are you migrating from Cloud to Data Center? It looks like the binary you have is for Jira Service Management(JSM).

I'm surprised you're migrating to DC. Not related to your Q&A, but why are you migrating? Security? Customisation? Some other reason?

Might help if you were more descriptive. Have you tried a FULL restore instead of per project restore from Cloud to DC?

I tried a full restore.
We are migrating for different reason( looks like cloud doesn't support sso )

Cloud does support SSO. You need to add Atlassian Access, a separate product that connects your Atlassian Cloud organization with your IdP.
