Hello,
The customer wants to purchase his own Jira Cloud and transfer his project to it. After searching in the Jira Cloud itself, I did not find a solution for migrating projects, is this possible?
Hi Victor.
You can migrate all the tickets of a project in another instance of Jira. All you nee to do is select all your tickets in a Jira query (via JQL or simple search) and extract as CSV.
With the assistant wizard you should be able to import all of it on another instance.
Of course, migrating is not as easy as it gets, so I advise you to test on one or two tickets of a project to see it it works well and then go for the whole project.
You can also do a backup of your instance and back it on another instance, but it will migrate everything from the old instance to the other.

The short version is do a full backup of your instance, import it to a new cloud instance, delete all the data for all projects EXCEPT the one project you want to migrate, then make a new backup of that new instance which now has just one project.
Then that backup can be imported to the client's instance.
However, if they already have data in their instance, it will be overwritten.
The starting page for such activities (backup and restore/import to another instance) is here:
