Migrate Jira Service Desk project to Jira Data Center

Hello,

our Jira Service Desk (Server) is no longer in use and we want to migrate the old project to our current Jira Data Center to archive it there.

XML import does not work with totally different versions/products.

Is there a way migrate an old JSD project to an up to date Jira DC?

Welcome to the Community!!

Upgrade the Jira Instance Server using the bin files/extract method available and you should be able to place the DC license without any error

Follow the guide here to upgrade Jira
