Looking for Marketplace App to Clone Workflows Between Two Cloud Instances

Hi everyone

I’m currently managing two separate Jira Cloud instances and looking for a Marketplace app or method that allows me to replicate complete workflows from one instance to another.

I'm not only interested in copying the basic transitions, but also in preserving all configuration details, such as:

• Conditions

• Validators

• Post Functions

• Transition names and descriptions

• Status mappings (if applicable)

Has anyone found an app that can handle this reliably?

I’ve seen a few options that help with project migration, but workflow-level granularity, including the automation elements mentioned above, seems to be less supported.

Any recommendations or insights would be greatly appreciated.

If you're looking to replicate complete workflows from one Jira Cloud instance to another—including all transitions, post functions, conditions, validators, and statuses—then our app Deep Clone for Jira could help you.

With its Instance Clone feature, you can clone projects across instances. This will also clone your workflow scheme, including all transitions as you have configured them in the original.
