Linking tickets between 2 different JIRA Cloud

We have 2 JIRA cloud subscriptions. Let's say

1. abc.atlassian.net

2. def.atlassian.net

Now, I have a ticket for a project in abc.atlassian.net and I want to link the ticket to one of the projects in def.atlassian.net

Is there any way we can achieve this?

You'll need to configure application links for both your sites to establish an connection between them:
