I was following this video to link JIRA to JIRA service desk https://www.atlassian.com/it-unplugged/best-practices-and-trends/solve-tickets-jira-service-desk . Unfortunately due to the change in the issue view, I am no longer able to "create linked issue". Can someone please help me with this?
I am attaching two files, "old view.png" is the view as per the old format in which I can "create linked issue" and "new view.png" is the view as per the new format in which I am not able to "create linked issue"

yes. this is indeed a big issue IMO. I'm going to chat w/ some folks at Atlassian and see if we can get some idea of a position on the issue.

@Tansu Akdeniz I have checked the open ticket and it was opened in Oct 2018. It will be difficult for us to use the workaround. I would really appreciate, if we could get a solution for the same
