Link Issues With Matching Field Values Via Script Runner

I'm currently using "Backbone Issue Sync For Jira" to keep Development Issue fields & Test Issue fields in sync.

Backbone creates the Test Issue when the Development Issue is created but doesn't have the functionality to link the synced issues.

I'm looking to create a script in script runner to look for issues that share the same values (Summary, Description, Reporter) and link them together with a particular link type.

Shot in the dark but any assistance is appreciated!
