The priority field is on the create issue form but not the urgency and impact fields. When I click configure fields, where is my field and type urgency in the search it says the field should be on the form.
I agree but it is not there.
Can you please check the View configuration . Perhaps the fields you mentioned are set to "Hide when Empty" .
You can view this option from the screen configuration/settings option
