is there an app that allows the customer to add requests quickly and easily? or do they have to log in via mobile/desktop website?

Unfortunately, the current Official Mobile App for JIRA Service Desk only allows Agents to perform some internal actions, not displaying any functionalities to customers.
We have a feature request created to implement an App which includes the customer portal and other functionalities to customers:
- Use JIRA Service Desk on a mobile device (mobile site, native app)
Feel free to vote and watch the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.
For now, there are some plugins like Mobile for Jira Service Desk Portal which provides you with more actions from the customer side.
