Jira-server almost full: /dev/mapper/jir--vg-root

I get a message from that our Jira-server is almost full; the folder '/dev/mapper/jir--vg-root' is for 92% in use. 

Can I cleanup this folder?

No idea, it depends what is on it.  You'll need to analyse the contents and look for candidates for deletion.
