I have all customer accounts created as internal directory accounts and our organization employees pulled from Crowd to Jira. Off late, I am seeing some internal accounts are getting deactivated. I checked the audit log and there is no record for de-activation. 

How to troubleshoot and fix this issue from not happening in the future?
