Jira for Outlook button does absolutely nothing

What is this integration supposed to do? The button on my emails does nothing.

Thanks for the reply. The article doesn't mention my issue and I'm not getting error messages to try and troubleshoot it and cross reference the post. So, I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to be looking for in there. I'm aware of the functionality that's supposed to work, but without any direction I have no clue what is wrong in my setup.
