What's the best way to install Jira Cloud for Outlook? I've tried many times and for some reason I cannot get it to install in Outlook. It installed in Excel perfectly fine but will not with Outlook. Anyone else having or had issues with this or know a workaround for this?

The best way to install Jira Cloud for Outlook is the one described in the below article:

Using the Jira Cloud for Outlook add-in is simple and does not require help from a Jira administrator.

 

In case you have already tried this and it failed, can you kindly provide more details on what happened (any error message returned) and on the Outlook version you are using?
