In an Alert (Old Opsgenie) attachments are not displayed in Jira Cloud app

I‘ve the same issue in the jira mobile app on ios, when click on the attachment I get same error.

as workaround at the moment, we use the opsgienie mobile client as this client can read the attachment(in my case an mp3 file).

where you able to get a solution from atlassian?
