Jira bulk

I have 907 issues I'm trying to migrate into jira through a bulk upload and jira is telling me that I can only upload 250 but suggested there is an advanced settings in jira where I can change that. Is there really an advanced settings where I can changed the settings or I have to split my tickets into smaller parts?

According to this related question, that option is not available on Cloud.

I'd look at breaking up your CSV file into four files.
