Jira Service desk(Cloud) with LDAP ?

is there a way to integrate Jira Servicedesk(Cloud) with LDAP / AD  on the cloud

No.

JIRA with LDAP on the Cloud is something Atlassian have looked at and said "no" to in the past, but it does come up a lot, and they've not quite shut the door on it completely.  But, don't hold your breath for it.
