Hello Team,
I'm looking for a free of charge solution to integrate Jira Service Management request calendar with Outlook (or other such as SharePoint, Confluence etc.) calendar to have all requests visible for non-admin users. It would be the best to have an option of filtering given type of requests in such calendar.
Do you have any ideas for that?
Thanks in advance!
Hi @Justyna Dral , welcome to the community.
What exactly do you want to appear on your Outlook calendar? Do you want to create an event on the day that an issue was created or maybe you want to show where an issue was due? Here is one free app I found in the marketplace but I have never used it, so can't comment how effective it is - meetical-calendar-for-jira-microsoft-365-outlook . You might check it against requirements.
Hi @Jack Brickey I would like to have all Jira Service Management tickets with due dates displayed in an Outlook (or similar) calendar. The problem is that this JSM calendar cannot be shared with customers, unlike in Jira on-prem.

Here is how one Community member solved the same use case - JIRA-calendar-integration-sync-with-Outlook-calendars
here is another addon app to consider microsoft-365-for-jira-outlook-email-teams-calendar
