Jira Service Desk restructuring customers in an organization

Hi

I want to dissolve a customer team org but still keep the individuals without having to delete their membership and resubmit them into the Jira desk.   When submitting a new request i noticed that one member notified everyone in that org vs sending the request privately to agents in the service desk. How do I dissolve a customer organization and move those individuals to be individuals? Or is there a way to turn off that feature where they cant share their request with other members of their customer organization?

just delete the org. all customers in the org will still have access and simply show at the "Customers" level. they will not be able to share w/ others.
