Is it possible to add a company logo to the customer notifications?

All outgoing mails are having company logo, and it would be good to have same look and feel also for the Service Desk notifications.

If you go to Customer Notifications you can add images to the template so that they show up when the emails are sent out.

On the edit screen for the notification you can get a list of formatting settings that are available. Adding an image would involve using formatting like this:

!http://www.host.com/image.gif!

How do you attach an image to a template?

The documentation says "!image.gif!" but that assumes it already has the image attached.  How do I attach the image so that it's available to be embedded via the syntax above?

The example I gave assumes the image is hosted elsewhere. I am not sure how to attach an image to a template. Perhaps that is a feature only available in Jira Server and not cloud?
