Jira SSO - cannot log in

Hello, 

I've been having a hard time fixing one of our user accesses, the user is already added to both Jira and JSM customer access and also on the project access but shes having this error.

n someone help me figure out which settings I need to review? I may have overlooked something during troubleshooting.

Hi @joanna_natial 

It's an issue in your Identity Provider (Azure). You have to allow user to access the application in Azure.
