We set an integration with Planhat but see the following error

Jira error {"statusCode":404,"body":"{\"errorMessages\":[\"Issue does not exist or you do not have permission to see it.\"],\"errors\":{}}"}

What can we do to debug it?

Hi @katerina

The error is stating that the issue you are looking for doesn't exist or the user you used to integrate the two products does not have the correct permissions. Where do you actually see the error occurring? In Jira or in Planhat?

The one way you can check Jira is try logging into Jira using the user you are integrating with and check what the user can see. At the very least you will know that permissions are either the issue in Jira or they are not. Once we can eliminate that piece we can move onto the others if it's not solved there.

Thanks,

Tim
