Jira Free plan, 10user limit

Hello I have a problem with Jira and Confluence instance I have 10 users added but I can't activate free plan. Can someone help me ? My account pragmasoft.atlassian.net

Hello Patryk,

Can you go Admin → User management → Product access

Check Jira and Confluence users count, just to be clear if it's really below 10.

I assume no payment method is added correct? I guess you tried standard trial version of Cloud Jira or confluence and after expiration you didn't added payment method, but wanted to go back to free version.

It's seems that it's subscription issue, i would recommend to contact to Atlassian support, on billing questions they can help.
