Jira Asset - MS Azure Integration

Hello everyone,

our Jira Asset CMDB already include everything (or pretty much everything) we have on prem.

Nevertheless we are adopting cloud technology (specifically based on MS Azure).

Is there any way to discover, import and map services (PaaS or SaaS) we have on Azure on Jira Asset in the same way we already do with the on prem infrastructure (such as automatic discovery or such)?

I'm talking about Azure Entra ID, Azure Key Valut, DevOps, Firewall, LogAnalytics, Sentinel, Storage Accounts, AKS, etc.).

Jira Service Management Assets doesn’t yet include a native discovery connector for Azure resources. The built‑in Assets Discovery tool and Cloud Discovery currently focus on network‑based and AWS integrations, so Azure components like Entra ID, Key Vault, or AKS won’t automatically sync into your CMDB. The supported path is to pull Azure inventory data through the Azure REST APIs or the Azure Resource Graph, transform it into the Assets import format (CSV or JSON), and load it using an Assets Import Configuration in Jira Service Management Cloud.
