My Jira App subscription shows deactivated, is it the reason for not able to create/view Jira Sprint board for any of the spaces?

Yes, if your subscription has been deactivated that would block you from access the content of the Jira application.
You can attempt to reactivate the subscription following the guidance on this page:
You may need to first address the reason for the deactivation. Was the subscription cancelled? Was there a failure to make a payment for the subscription?
If Atlassian deactivated the subscription for some reason they would've sent email to the Organization Admin and the Billing Admin.

If you are able to access Jira then your subscription is not deactivated. Can you provide a screen image for where you are seeing the information that your subscription is deactivated?
In your other post I also asked for information about the type of project where you were experiencing the problem, but you have not provided that information. I also asked you to check under the More tab but you did not reply with the results of that either.
